The contest of short films will be divided into 2 categories

Documentary short film Short documentaries of up to 26 minutes of duration, whatever the country of origin.

Fiction short film Short fiction of up to 26 minutes in any country of origin.

The feature film competition will be divided into 3 categories

International documentary feature film Documentary films of a duration equal to or greater than 52 minutes in any country of origin

International fiction feature film Feature films of duration equal to or greater than 52 minutes in any country of origin.

National feature films Documentaries or fiction films whose director is of British nationality and they have been filmed entirely in UK, of a duration equal to or greater than 52 minutes.
